Ready to Lead a Manufacturing Operation?
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Fabrication & Production Manager who knows how to lead people, solve problems on the production floor, and keep fabrication projects moving from raw material to finished product.

This is not a desk-only management position. We need a leader who is comfortable being on the shop floor reviewing drawings, checking measurements, coordinating employees, identifying bottlenecks, maintaining quality standards, and making decisions that keep production on schedule.

If your background includes metal fabrication, welding, cutting, machining, assembly, production planning, quality control, and team leadership, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of our fabrication and production department, supervising a multidisciplinary team that includes welders, machinists, carpenters, and other production personnel.

You will:
  • Lead and coordinate daily fabrication and manufacturing operations.
  • Plan workloads, establish priorities, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees.
  • Monitor productivity, labor utilization, material usage, and production performance.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
  • Verify dimensions, tolerances, cuts, and fabricated components for accuracy.
  • Ensure finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Project Management, and Installation teams.
  • Monitor raw materials, inventory, material usage, and finished products.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production environment.
  • Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and safely operated.
  • Enforce OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and accident-prevention procedures.
  • Partner with HR on safety, training, employee performance, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Drive continuous improvements in productivity, quality, workflow, and cost control.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
  • Previous experience supervising or managing production employees.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, cutting, machining, assembly, tools, and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
  • Strong measurement and dimensional verification skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with fractions, decimals, standard measurements, and metric conversions.
  • Understanding of dimensional tolerances, material cutting requirements, and fabrication accuracy.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, OSHA requirements, accident prevention, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and production deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in an active industrial, warehouse, and fabrication environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; significant relevant industry experience may be considered in place of a degree.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
We value experienced manufacturing leaders and offer a competitive compensation package:
  • $80,000–$95,000 annual salary, based on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%.
  • Paid time off.
  • Full-time leadership position.
  • Opportunity to directly influence production processes, quality, efficiency, and team development.

READY TO TAKE OWNERSHIP?
If you’re the kind of manufacturing leader who can lead from the floor, solve problems, hold high standards, and get production across the finish line, we’d like to meet you.
Apply today and tell us about the teams you’ve led, the products you’ve built, and the improvements you’ve made in fabrication and production.
